Foustland

Foustland is the digital dumping ground for Jeph. It is where he features articles on technology, collections of his photographs, even some of his old video work. He also keeps a blog there for the Flint punk rock documentary he is directing.

The site is built around a Joomla back end. As for the template, Jeph has customized a few for the site. It often changes its look, but the content is always what you would expect from him.

Introducing: e-volvedliving

As serial web designers/developers, we’re always “up to something.”  So, voila, a new site is born: e-vovledliving.com/living. You’ll find us there regularly, writing about all the elements of living a happy, healthy, holistic life.

Topics include:

  • setting up our home/office/studio for maximum productivity, comfort, and pleasure; and being positive forces in the world through our daily choices and actions
  • the creative process and what we’re producing in our workshop
  • getting dirty – digging, raking, pruning, planting, composting, watching things grow
  • Jeph’s bike thang – building, repairing, and riding (occasionally I join him!)
  • exploring our neighborhood and connecting with local communities
  • exploring parts beyond and sharing good times with our friends

Home Renovation Blog – 440

We created this blog to document the major house renovation we undertook. The scope of the project was a full scale update of a mid-century modern (Gropius’ firm TAC designed) dwelling in Lexington, MA with a decidedly green approach.

We did all the designing, sourced the materials, selected the contractors, and put a fair amount of hands-on work into it.  Dorothy served as General Contractor with Jeph as The Muscle.
